The Huffington Post is sharing three websites worth considering for online college comparisons. The College Navigator site is especially worth checking out.
The LA Times reports that some colleges and universities are paying for a plagiarism-detection program to determine whether applicants have helped themselves to other people's work. Do I even have to say it? Don't even think about adapting someone else's essay as your own. It's unethical and you're likely to be caught.
Early decision rejection can be heartbreaking, or you can use it to your advantage.
